The Plant Biology Student Symposium will be Mon., Aug. 22, 2016 at the Georgia Museum of Art. This year's speakers are alumnus Scott Gaevert, Lisa Kruse and Stephanie Pearl, speaking about their careers since PBIO and answering questions. There will be a poster session with prizes as well as graduate student talks. The symposium will start at 9AM in the auditorium. The reception will start at 4PM and end at 6PM in the Grand Hall. The reception will include a hilarious slide show introducing faculty and staff and be highlighted by the presentation of awards. Mark your calendars and plan to attend.
