Congratulations to Dr. Ye for being awarded Inventor of the Year in 2020!

With funding from the Department of Energy, Ye developed a trait that reduces lignin content in alfalfa, resulting in HarvXtra® Alfalfa, which was licensed by the University of Georgia Foundation to the Oklahoma-based Noble Research Institute.
