Designed for students to learn how modern problems in medicine, agriculture, and biology are solved using big data “omics.” Topics include comparative gene and genome sequence analyses, transcriptomics, metabolomics, phylogenomics, and application of these approaches in medical, agricultural, and environmental sciences.
