Image: Ella Vardeman, a PBIO undergraduate graduating this Spring, was accepted into the Biology PhD program at the City University of New York! She has accepted the offer and will be working with Dr. Ina Vandebroek (New York Botanical Garden) and Dr. Edward Kennelly (CUNY). Ella's research will be focused on medicinal plants used for women's health both in Haiti and by Haitian immigrants in New York City. Way to go, Ella! Good luck on your post-undergraduate plans!
