Undergraduate Student Organization

Plant Biology Undergraduate Association (PBUA)

PBUA meets regularly throughout the fall and spring semesters. We provide PBIO undergraduate students with a central community for their major/minor, and welcome any students from outside the major/minor who are interested in the field of plant science! Join us to get familiar with the PBIO department and its faculty, staff, graduate students, labs, events, and course offerings. PBUA hosts some events that are casual and creative, as well as ones that provide students with information about the field of plant science, such as possible careers and different areas of research. We have fun activities each semester, like terrarium building, plants sales, and herbal tea workshops. If you are interested, don't hesitate to email one of the officers with any questions! You can also follow us on instagram @pbua_uga or join our GroupMe.
